I read every email but I can’t promise individual replies. I generally respond to:
- Corrections to factual errors in reviews — usually within a few days. Always credited if you’d like.
- Product suggestions — particularly privacy tools I haven’t reviewed yet. I’ll add promising ones to my testing queue.
- Specific questions about a product I’ve reviewed — happy to share more context than fit in the article.
What I can’t help with
- Personal tech support for individual VPN or privacy software issues. I’m a one-person operation and can’t troubleshoot individual setups. Each product has its own support team and they’re generally better resourced than I am.
- Affiliate program inquiries from VPN providers — I’m selective about which programs I join. If your product is genuinely good, I’ll find you. Cold pitches don’t generally change my review schedule.
- Sponsored content, “guest posts,” paid placements, or backlink schemes — not interested.
A note on response time
This site is a side project. My day job and family come first. If I don’t respond within a week or two, please feel free to follow up — emails sometimes get buried.
